Based in Puhoi we have many years of experience not only in earthmoving but in farming, civil construction and piling to name a few. Machine Operator

Eli comes from a farming background - Born and raised in Puhoi. He is an excellent machine operator with a keen eye for detail. Eli has been part of the team for about 5 years now and has been a close friend of Jethro’s for over 25 years.

Eli still spends much of his time on the farm as well as enjoying fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He loves the outdoors and a is well respected in the local area.

Originally completing an apprenticeship as a mechanic Jethro quickly moved on to work for his parents in the family's construction company. During his 8 years there he completed countless civil construction projects both large and small (along side Eli & Sonya).

Sonya is the one that keeps us all in line. She takes care of most of the office work and is pretty good at it too. She has worked for the Drum family for over 7 years and is a valued asset to the team.

PeopleSafe - Health & safety management

PeopleSafe is a cloud based health & safety management application that allows us to monitor safety procedures onsite and maintain compliance as per the newly revised heath & safety at work act. Our team can access this program via their mobile phones to record hazards, near miss's, accidents, training, gear maintenance, etc. This provides us with excellent reporting to recognise and actively manage hazards in our work place.
